He is President & CEO of Infanti Law Firm, PLLC and of Preferred Settlement Services, a Chicago Title–affiliated title and closing agency headquartered on Main Street in Sarasota.
His practice concentrates on the exact terrain developers care about: complex commercial and residential acquisitions, affiliated business arrangements, land trusts under §689.071, condominium and HOA matters, and the title and escrow issues that decide whether a project closes on schedule.
