Mike has spent more than 25 years at the center of Florida real estate — as transactional counsel, title agent, litigator, and principal. He is President & CEO of Infanti Law Firm, PLLC and various other title affiliates headquartered in Sarasota, Florida and of Preferred Settlement Services, a Chicago Title–affiliated title and closing agency headquartered on Main Street in Sarasota.
His practice concentrates on the exact terrain developers care about: complex commercial and residential acquisitions, affiliated business arrangements, land trusts under §689.071, condominium and HOA matters, and the title and escrow issues that decide whether a project closes on schedule.
He brings national law firm experience, has served as lead counsel in the preparation of condominium documents and complex real estate transactions, structured affiliated business arrangements, and advised on a wide range of real estate development projects. Developers Title is the culmination of that experience: a title operation designed from the developer's perspective and operated with an attorney's precision and discipline.
